Still not happy with this one yet but back to the two ring approach.  Working on incorporating some stone.

Some works in progress that I hope to have ready in time. Large rings stand about 6 feet tall.

Augers bits are from Maine tool shop.  Look like they are dancing....to be determined.  They actually might be bickering.

Made from serveral hole augers and some older harrow discs.  Stands about 6.5 feet.

The latest farmer sculpture.  A mix of truck springs, tractor seat, post hole digger parts and tiller blades.  Will get a rubdown in butchers wax to give it a uniform patina suitable for indoors.

Great bird bath made from deep harrow disc and interesting column (maybe some sort of cultivator/seeder).

Doris looked lonely by herself so I made her some friends.

A bit larger "Retired Tool" than the rest I have done so far. Looks a lot like a dancer (that has been the reaction from a few folks anyway). Still working on the finish and balance as this size is a bit trickier to keep stable on it's base.
